Adult Coaching

Lichfield Squash Club provides a series of weekly Club Nights and Skill Sessions for all playing levels, which are smoetimes attended by members of our coaching team to provide structured coaching. These are as follows:

Beginners and Improvers Club Night

When: Tuesday evenings between 7:00 and 9:00pm.

What: Relaxed and informal social play in groups.

Who: This is suitable for complete beginners through to players who have some initial playing experience or who are beginning their improvement journey.

Cost: £5:00 per player.

Skills and Drills Session

When: Thursday evenings between 7:00pm and 7:55pm.

What: A short coaching/technical session followed by semi-competitive gameplay in groups.

Who: This is suitable for players of any level who are keen to receive some coaching, followed by gameplay to push their game to the next level through playing a wider variety of opponents of different playing abilities.

Cost: £5:00 per player.

New or prospective members of the club are encouraged to come to a Club Night initially as a good way to try out the facilities and to meet other members. First attendance at a Club Night is always free of charge.
